Prior Planning and Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. Once you contact The Northern Group and let us know your interested in working with us, an initial client questionnaire will be sent to you. - Do we have folks with special needs or considerations? Dr. Northern is very interactive and wants to make sure everyone is comfortable and feels like they are a part of the event.
- Information about the group relevant to the topic or theme of the event. What special characteristics, knowledge, or affinities should I know about this group/meeting/industry/organization/issues?
- What are your people complaining about in the hallways and at the water cooler?

-
Anytime, The Northern Group (TNG) is ready to use our expertise and training experience to collaborate with you to make decisions, develop a theme, then design an intentional learning experience or event that is sure to include all the needed elements and be a lot of fun as well. Please feel free to call 404.445.9274 if you have additional questions about our design methodology and adult learning structure.
- How is pricing determined? Can I have an estimate sent to me?
-
Yes, !!! We have an internal pricelist we consult to ensure we are providing our clients a fair and equitable price. The prices are based on what popular consultants charge when they are intentionally trying to help clients reach their learning and professional development goals without breaking their budgets. Once each client has fully read and completed the client questionnaire, we review the information and will then give you a call to confirm and prepare for the engagement. Once the initial discussion is complete an estimated cost for the services can be sent in an itemized estimate form to ensure the client understands their obligation and knows how to settle it.
