The Northern Group (TNG) began in 2015 as a group of diverse academic, coaching, and leadership experts who came together to explore how thoughtful experiences can help leading professionals perform better by engaging in better leadership inspiration, behaviors, and skills. We are a small group of partners who meet periodically to support each other in improving the strategies that create healthy organizations and teamwork environments.
